I SURVIVED THE FIRST QUARTER OF SENIOR YEAR!!

But it's been full of disappointments.  I'm not understanding Chemistry as well as I should (I just failed another test today).  It eats up so much of my life.  Seriously, every time I sit down to do Chem homework, I become a little bit more suicidal.  Same with Calculus X_X  I spend two to three hours on those two subjects alone every night. 

None of my college applications are done... Note to self:
- hand out teacher recommendations
- stop leaving forms half-done
- write the damn personal statements
- write a new essay from scratch for the engineering school
- sent out SAT scores
- register for the ACT
I handed in my transcript a while ago, so those sound be ready to go.  Eh... that's the only thing that I've fully completed... I'm so ashamed of myself.  But all the deadlines are in January, so hopefully I'll be able to put everything together on time.

I'm going college-visiting all this weekend =)  And both Monday and Tuesday are teacher workdays, so I'll be able to catch up on sleep!  I'm SO excited xD  On the worst days, I would go to sleep at midnight, and then wake myself up at 2:30 am to do the rest of my homework.  And then I'd be awake until I get home from school and by 3pm I'm completely K.O.ed.  This may be a normal lifestyle for some people, but I bet not many of them are happy with it.  SLEEP IS GOOD. 

It made me really frustrated that Arashi's Challenge Week was the last week of the quarter.  I couldn't keep up at all!  OMG but I can't wait until the My Girl single will be released!!  And the 5x10 Clips DVD looks sooo good.  I want all of it =(

All the stress is making my hair fall out... It scares me how much it is.  Who said that senior year was easy?  I will eat them.

Applying for college is draining all my energy, and I can't seem to be able to motivate myself even after watching the Arashi boys.  And I can't help but to think of those unreachable dreams, like "I wish I was a Japanese celebrity too!"  So I try to refocus on my more realistic dream: "I hope genetics is my true calling." 

I don't even have time to tell you how painfully long and stressful it is to juggle AP Chemistry and AP Calculus with five college applications (that all have their own essays).  Thank goodness AP Literature is pretty chill so far.

Today I finished my first week of school!  It's been rough since I haven't really fixed my sleeping schedule yet -_-  This year I'm taking on too many math-related classes, I don't know if I'll make it through the year  xD  I can't do math AT ALL. 

Finance, Government, Physics, AP Literature and Composition, AP Chemistry, AP Calculus AB. 

All the teachers are nice (or aren't so bad), but I don't really have any of my friends with me T.T  Last year I took AP Biology and everyone else took AP Chemistry, so now this year it's the other way around lol!  So I have all the power in my hands =P

School has only started, and there's already so much to do!  College applications, leading my SAT prep group, finding a job, SLEEPING.  I'm so scared of growing up, and yet I can't wait to step out into the world =/ 

It doesn't help that I become more addicted to Arashi each and every day <3

I'm missing some scans out of my "Idol Magazine" Chart... I think I might bang my head against a wall until it breaks open if I can't find them lol. F-list, if you know where I can find these, please let me know!!

AAARGG all of my upperclassmen friends left for college today.  I don't want to be a senior all by myself!  I really miss them, but I won't sit here to write about it... I'll cry my eyes out xD

I can't wait to watch the next Buzzer Beat, I'm so totally addicted!  Yamapi looks like he's in great shape, as always =)  And there's so many familiar faces from other dramas!  Do DramaWiki Buzzer Beat to see the cast members (because I'm too lazy to cover it =P)

I was browsing Tiffany and Co.'s website because I have no life... so I'm just going to post up pictures of things I like lol!  This time just rings.  Even though my fingers are waaay pudgy, I still really want some >.<  I'm addicted to their sterling silver collections, because they're the only thing even close to affordable.

In Asia, there's a channal similar to MTV, and it's called V Channal (ha ha!). And I think I'm addicted to it.

During the J/K pop time slots, I've seen NEWS' Koi no ABO and Arashi's Crazy Moon (they translated the Japanese part as "You Are Super"!!!  That's so lame xD).  But actually seeing their PVs on TV gives me such an excited feeling! 

I have so much to catch up on when I get home.  In four days.

Been so busy since school let out!  I had a graduation or birthday party to go to every other day last week, and I went to the movies twice this week (I usually go once every five months LOL).  I've enjoyed hanging out with my friends, honest!  But because throughout the school year I never did once, there was a LOT to catch up on.  I didn't know I had enough stamina (or money) to pull it all off.

And in between all the partying I needed time to pack!  I'm leaving for Vietnam tomorrow!  While I'm in Asia, I'm also going to Singapore and Indonesia to visit more family.  My body already aches from thinking about all the hours I'm spending on the plane... but at least I'm going to spend some lay-over time at Tokyo!  I'm praying that I still have some money to buy some JE goods, probably just magazines. 

There's so much I want to do while I'm in Vietnam, but so many of them have been crushed because my family is paranoid.  The fear of AIDS and swine/bird/anything flu is scary.I'm not allowed to ride motorcycles, which are the main transportation device, so I'll never be able to get anywhere.  I'm not allowed to get a manicure or pedicure because my aunts think that the workers will purposely cut me with diseased tools.  Where is the line between safety and pleasure?  I understand their worry, Vietnam I know for sure is not as sanitary as the United States and that I need to take care of myself... But I'm going on vacation!! 

Well, I think I'll have access to Internet while I'm in Asia, but I'm going to miss my own computer... my own home.  I don't know how I'm going to survive without my multi-daily doses of Arashi <3 

So.  I just heard from my mother that I blew my chances of learning how to drive last week.  My dad and I got into a fight about my report card.  I've had my permit for two years now, and I have not yet touched a steering wheel of a car. 

FML.

On the other hand, I love The Quiz Show.

Toma works so hard >.< He's such a sensational actor, so I'm totally going to check him out, I MEAN, support him =) I watched Puzzle with Ishihara Satomi before, so seeing her again will be fun. I also just finished watching Last Friends with Eita, so Voice is going to be totally exciting xD!! I already watched the first episode, it's definitely promising!

I haven't really done research for this drama... but it has Kame in it =D Is that good enough xD!! And KAT-TUN sings their theme song I believe.

These days, I've been spending a lot of time in the kitchen. Yes, I'm so addicted to cooking lately! There's so many recipes that I want to learn, but right now I'm specializing in Asian foods. I started out with snacks foods, such as Korean kim bap. Just recently, I've worked my way up to Japanese hamburger steak! Vietnamese and Chinese food are so common, so I take in much knowledge when I watch my family cook. I haven't made any Thai food yet though.

Ah, so in the future, I sincerely hope, that I'll be able to cook full meals for my own family in the future. After all, men often find women that can cook really handy, AH I MEAN, appealing.... right? I don't want to eat ramen noodles for the rest of my life either...
